1. How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our SIZE CHART to determine which size fits best and how to measure. If it's for your special lady, the best way to find her correct size is to ask. Plain and simple! However if you think this might ruin the surprise, there are other alternatives. One is to do a bit of snooping in her lingerie drawer to find the size for the things she already own. Ask a friend or family member with a similar statue as your lady.
2. How can I pay for an order?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
3. Do you accept personal cheque?
We do not accept personal cheques.
4. How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 72 hours so that you may change a colour or style. We ship complete orders. Your entire order will be shipped once every item is in stock.
5. When will my backordered item arrive?
As soon as the item(s) arrive, we will expedite the processing of your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once it is shipped. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
6. Where is my order? How do I track my order?
When your order is submitted, a tracking number is sent to the address you specify in the Checkout section; however you can contact us at any time to check the shipping status. Simply supply the tracking number that was issued for your order and we will check the status of your shipment. 7. How will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order via UPS.
8. Is there any shipping restrictions?
No PO Box shipping or military address.
9. When will I receive my order?
Orders of in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
10. How do packages appear when shipped?
All packages are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. There are no stickers, or promotional slogans on the packaging other than those of the carrier.
11. Part of my order is backordered. Can you ship what you have or should I wait for the entire order?
We only ship complete orders. If an item you have purchased is backordered your entire order will ship once every item is in stock. We will contact you if an item is backordered so that you may change a colour or style if you wish.
12. What countries to you ship to?
Currently we ship to USA and Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time. To determine cost place items in your cart enter your address and the system will automatically calculate your cost.
13. How do I return something?
Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final. Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as other customer's protection. Exchanges will only be accepted if item is defected or error in shipment. Exchanges will only be accepted on items that have not been worn and should be in its original packaging. Exchanges must be done and receive no later than 10 days from the day it was shipped to you, after that date, it will no longer be honoured. Prior to any exchange, please email us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions. Without RA #, the package will automatically be refused. Click the link of our RETURN POLICY.
14. What are the most common mistake women make when purchasing their bra?
It is estimated that 75% of women are wearing the wrong size bra. As our body changes so does our bra size. It is important to pay attention to how your bra is fitting every six months or so. We sometimes lose sight of how worn our favourite bra is, or that it is not fitting the way it used to. Remember, bras will wear out and begin to feel looser after time. When buying new ones it is always important to try them on - your body may have change since your last purchase. Please remember to visit our SIZE CHART to determine which size fits best.
15. What other colour options are offered beside black?
Black is the most universal colour in leather, vinyl and PVC apparel. Many people fail to realize that there are other options. Red, white and hot pink are options, especially with PVC, and could be fun and unique. If you have a more classic style girl, then black would most likely work best for her. However, if she is more trendy and sporty, then red or hot pink may be the best choice. White colour for a special night of romance since it represents innocence, clarity, and virginity.
