RETURNS:
No claims on used goods. All claims must be in writing within 10 days after receipt of goods, after that date, it will no longer be honoured.
A Return Authorization number (RA#) will be issued via email and instructions will follow. Without a RA #, the package will automatically be refused.
Shipping COST for returns and exchanges is at purchaser's expense.
Exchanges will only be accepted on items that has not been used or worn and should be in its original packaging.
By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.
