SHIPPING:
We ship your order via UPS to Canada and USA ONLY. Currently we do not ship internationally.
Your items will be shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped we will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number. You can also log into your account to see the status of your order at any time.
We have 2 shipping methods: Standard and Express shipping.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Shipping is $7.95 plus $2.00 handling fees. If you purchase multiple items, the other items ship for an additonal $2.00 per item.
Allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery from shipping date.
Express shipping are subject to the following rates:
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Next day.............$25.00 CAD
2 nd day..............$20.00 CAD
3rd day................$15.00 CAD
UPS charge $3.00 for any shipment that requires a signature upon delivery (residential addresses only). Request for signature upon delivery must be make at the time the order is placed.
We ship complete orders. If an item you have purchased is backordered your entire order will ship once every item is in stock. We will contact you if an item is backordered so that you may change a color or style if you wish.
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. We only ship door to door.
Refused packages without prior notice is considered a request to cancel all outstanding orders. Freight charges will be applied on customer’s next order.
All packaged are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. The word lingerie does not appear anywhere on the package.
